Today I got four Aidoni clarinet barrels for testing. The barrels are made by Håkan Lundström in Helsingborg, Sweden and are developed together with Per Johansson and Martin Fröst. There are three different models. The craftsmanship in these barrels are no less than fantastic.
They have amazing projection, beautiful tone and incredible equality throughout the register. It´s like playing a whole new clarinet.
I haven´t decided which one i´m getting yet. But I sure will.
